This notice explains how Leaf Summit LTD ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data when you visit leafsummit-ltd.com or contact us. It applies to this website only. It does not cover the separate landing pages, surveys, or advertising campaigns we build and run for clients, which have their own privacy notices specific to those campaigns.

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the content of your message. We do not currently collect any other personal data through this website beyond what you submit directly to us.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about our services. Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries sent to us, and, where an enquiry leads to a service engagement, to take steps toward entering into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent contact form data. We may share it with service providers who help us operate this website and handle correspondence (for example, our hosting and email providers), under terms that require them to keep it secure and use it only as we instruct.

International transfers

Some of the service providers we use to run this website and email may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on legally recognised safeguards for the transfer, such as the receiving country holding data protection standards the UK regards as not materially lower than its own, or contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to maintain a record of the business relationship. We delete or anonymise enquiry data we no longer need.

This website may use cookies or similar technologies required for it to function, and — where enabled — analytics cookies used solely to understand site usage in aggregate. Where we use analytics-only cookies of this kind, UK law (following changes made to PECR by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, in force since 5 February 2026) permits this without prior consent, provided we give clear information and a free, easy way to opt out. We do not currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking on this website; if that changes, we will ask for consent first, as UK law requires for that category of cookie.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure; restrict or object to our processing; request portability of your data; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
